PDF GUIDE
How to merge PDF files
Merging PDFs is useful when you need one final document from reports, scanned pages, invoices, assignments or application forms.
1. Collect the PDF files
Choose the documents you want in the final file. Make sure they open correctly before merging.
2. Decide the order
The order matters. Put cover pages first, followed by the main document, appendices and supporting files.
3. Merge the files
Use the PDF Merge tool to select the files and create one combined document.
4. Check the result
Open the merged PDF and check page numbering, orientation, bookmarks and important signatures.
Privacy tip
For sensitive documents, prefer a workflow that processes files locally in your browser when practical.
